The KS360 is a "cheap and cheerful" QWERTY phone, and this move will bring Android to a mass market teenagers. That will give a huge impetus to the Android market and help the development of the platform as a whole. Teenagers spend a lot of money on ringtones and games, and if some of that money gets diverted to Android applications it will be a good think for all Android users and developers. Commercially I think this is a great move!
