So SEGA have jumped right in with the ISM (licensee of the International Olympic Committee), to become the exclusive video game publisher for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Canada – this seems to be a trend for SEGA now!
In simple terms – you name a gaming platform, and SEGA are going to be the ones delivering the game for it. Me personally, I’m interested in the Mobile one(s), and to see which SEGA will support – could it be:
- something touch-based for the iPhone
- a button-masher for Java devices
- a 3D game for N-Gage
- a stripped back PS2-like game for the PSP
…. who knows….!
I have to say, if the games are anything like the classic arcade button-mash-fest that was “Track and Field”, then it will be good enough for me!!
