Not supporting DivX/XVid is a non-issue, since it would be kinda' silly to just put the video you downloaded for your telly on the phone without transcoding to the much more effective H.264 format. It not supporting high end formats is simply not true: it supports H.264 baseline profile 1.3 (that you can pack in MPEG4, or maybe even 3GP container), which is excellent!
