If Android and iPhone (at least in theory) can have it, so can Windows Mobile-powered Toshiba TG01. Future users of the ultra-thin, super-powerful smartphone will be able to enjoy full-fledged navigation, compliments of CoPilot Live, on that shiny 4.1-inch WVGA screen. Among the features included in the mix are turn-by-turn navigation, 2D and 3D map views, real-time services such as traffic alerts, fuel prices, weather conditions and safety camera alerts.
Sounds promising and if I were at Toshiba, I would definitely consider bundling CoPilot or some other powerful GPS navigation software with the device to increase the value in the ever demanding high-end smartphone user. Plus, I guess it’s fair to make the TG01 burst with apps to show all the power of the Snapdragon.
