Why is it that C level executive&#039;s salaries keep increasing no matter whether they have driven
success or failure?  The low people on the totem pole that need to execute are the ones that suffer
 hence slowing the whole process of regaining market share / profitability.  More heads should have 
rolled at Motorola!</description>
