O2 bringing white Toshiba TG01 to Germany for the summer!

O2 (NYSE: TEF) Germany is all proud to announce that they will be the first mobile operator to carry Toshiba (OTCPK: TOSBF)’s uber-cool, super-powerful TG01 Windows Mobile smartphone. The Snapdragon CPU-powered handset will hit O2’s offering in Germany “from summer this year,” meaning there are still few months to wait for this super thin beauty. Price wasn’t announced, but I doubt you’ll be able to grab the single most powerful smartphone for free on a contract. Quite the contrary, even with some decent contract I would expect it to go for few hundred Euros, though it’s pure speculation at this stage.

Once again let’s recap the TG01’s specs: aside from sporting Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM)’s 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, there’s also HSPA support on board, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4.1-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) touchscreen, 256MB of RAM coupled with 512MB of ROM, as well as a microSD memory card slot…
