BBC revamps its Mobile site

The BBC has revised it’s Mobile site look & feel, and also done something else which is probably going to be appreciated by regular visitors – it now allows people to customise their homepage.

Having had a quick browse (you can do that here), the site feel more like the “Web”site now – funny that – with a consistent browsing experience, that is apparently dynamically optimised for each device. Nice move too in that iPlayer can be directly accessed from the site, if you have the right handset.
