Samsung Omnia coming to Bell next month!

Canadians fiending to get in on Samsung’s touchscreen lineup will be happy to hear that Bell is gearing up to launch the Samsung Omnia in April. Following a successful run in the US as Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless’s Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional-powered smartphone, it seems Samsung is bringing the Omnia to Canada. Word on the street has the Samsung Omnia bringing its 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display, GPS, WiFi and 5-megapixel camera to the Great White North between April 9th and April 12th.
We’re not expecting to see much difference between the Bell Samsung Omnia and the Verizon Samsung Omnia – which means the Bell Omnia will include all the TouchWiz UI, 3G data and Divx/Xvid video playback that you can handle.
Pricing isn’t yet known, but we would be surprised if the Bell Samsung Omnia launched for more than a couple benjis.

Headline’s wrong and kind of misleading. Omnia HD is a beast, Omnia is just okay.
i think in your title you meant to say omnia and not omnia hd.
made my heart skip a beat there
Yeah, man, wtf? I got all excited because I thought you were talking about the Omnia HD and it’s just a regular Omnia! Boo this man!
I was wondering where all the Omnia HD news was at Into Mobile. Surely they went to MWC and were blown away by the most gorgeous screen we’ve ever seen on a mobile?
Then I found this article and it all made sense.
