Tactical throat microphone for cellphones – The good kind of bad

If you’ve ever fantasized yourself donning tactical assault gear and clearing a building full of terrorists, you’ll know exactly where we’re coming from when we say this new hands-free “neckset” (like a headset, only for your neck) from Sanwa are seriously bad. The good kind of bad.
Sanwa’s new throat microphones are based on the same design used by military types on tactical assault missions, so you know they’ll work just fine with your cellphone. Sanwa aims to replace your headset with these throat microphones that promise better call quality in noisy environments.
Worn with the right clothing, Sanwa’s throat mics look less conspicuous than even the tiniest Bluetooth headsets. And, it doesn’t hurt that they look damn cool. Grab one from Sanwa.

Are these sold anywhere in America? I can’t seem to read the language on Sanwa’s site. How much do these babies go for?? Giving away any BGR? =)
This may sound stupid, but if used during a phone call, how do you hear the caller? Surely that still requires an ear piece?
I get it for gaming when you’ve got speakers on your rig but what about in a phone call?
