Now that the user manual has leaked out, it’s clear RIM’s BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Application Suite draws nearer to the light of day. They were showing off a Touch Pro running a virtualized BlackBerry operating system at Mobile World Congress through the Application Suite, so things are progressing at least – ’bout time too, this thing’s been in the works for nearly two years. It’s to be expected that when it does come out, the existing and aging BlackBerry Connect program will be retired. There isn’t much in the Application Suite manual despite hints that a there will be a “Professional” version and an “Enterprise” one, but it’s worth a read if you’re really gung-ho about getting BlackBerry functions on a Windows Mobile device.
