android_bagCongratulations to Germany and Austria… They appear to be the two newest countries with access to paid apps in the Android Market! The number of countries with access to paid apps in the Market is slowly growing in Europe. Germany and Austria bring the total to three, along with the UK. Over in the US paid apps have been going over swimmingly for awhile now, but Google-geeks up in Canada are still pining for any kind of Android-love. So much rumor, hype and in the end, delays surrounding new Android devices… I think folks in non-Android ‘zones’ may have to wait till 2015 before Android comes to their country :P I’m still hoping for the best, as all signs are still pointing to a huge year for Android. New handsets, new OS features (cupcake) and a heck of a lot more.
