Three Bosnian Operators to get 3G licenses

TeleGeography is reporting that three Bosnian Operators have grabbed 3G licenses.
BH Telecom, Telekom Sprske, and HT Mostar, have all been given 7 year licenses, for which they will pay $19.9mn each, after a two-year “free” period. This should mean that commercial service would be up by end of 2009, even if operating in limited areas. As we all know, the overlay of 3G coverage on to 2G networks is now a well-practised setup, used by most, if not all, Operators with dua-mode networks.
