Motorola iDEN i465 hits the FCC

Remember that fairly ugly Motorola (NYSE: MOT) i465 for the iDEN network from January? Well, it has been spotted at the FCC’s website, hinting us we may see it soon being officially announced by either Motorola or Nextel. This is not to say we have some inside information — it’s just a common sense, considering that one important and necessary hurdle has been passed.

Those not familiar should know that the Moto i465 is one of the rare QWERTY keyboard equipped devices (aside from BlackBerrys) and in that sense it should appeal to text lovin’ push-to-talk fans…
