For example, aside from what was mentioned in this article, Virgin has ANOTHER plan that helps people who are considered to be on welfare, and it pretty much lets them buy the prepaid cards for $10. The catch you ask? ITS NOT AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE! You have to be preapproved and if you have an income above a certain point, you have to pay the regular price. How is that fair? I think you should do something that Benefits EVERYONE and not just the people without jobs or income?
