Despite the mis-communications that could arise (people borrowing your car...) you could actually stop it much more quickly and aware of the problem much sooner. If I've learned anything from police TV shows, it's that once a vehicle is missing for 24 hours, chances of finding it in-tact are quite slim. I can't wait till this technology is developed. I recently bought a Gps Tracker at brickhousesecurity.com, which is the best we can do for now.
