LeapFrog - Number Rumble

LeapFrog is out with their first iPhone application called Number Rumble. The math game is designed for kids, to help them sharpen their skills “using fun, intuitive technology that works anywhere.”

There three modes of play in the game:

  • “Learn It” – lets kids choose an operation, spin the number wheels to create a math problem.
  • “Quiz Time” – spin the number wheels to create a problem, then shake the iPhone to select an answer.
  • “Random Quiz” – features all four operations at once.

The question remains whether parents trust their kids enough to give them their beloved device to use it. If they do, they can grab Number Rumble from the AppStore for $2.99, and/or wait for other LeapFrog titles, which they promised to deliver in the near future.
