Quickoffice for iPhone is now in the AppStore, allowing Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) handset and iPod Touch users to edit their documents and spreadsheets from their shiny devices, while on-the-go.

Here’s a rundown of the application features:

  • Text formatting – change font size, style and color
  • Content selection along with cut/copy/paste support
  • Ordered and unordered lists within Word
  • Landscape support to allow typing on a wider keyboard
  • Access to MobileMe iDisk accounts
  • View of iWorks, PDF and some other media files
  • Over 125 functions and formulas for spreadsheets
  • Automatic save changes

In addition to the new application, Quickoffice has two other apps for iPhone users: Quickoffice Files (formerly MobileFiles), which allows users to access their iDisk accounts, email files or transfer them via Wi-Fi; and Quicksheet (formerly MobileFiles Pro), which combines Quickoffice Files with a spreadsheet app.

As for the price, Quickoffice for iPhone, Quickoffice Files and Quicksheet cost $19.99, $1.99 and $6.99, respectively.
