I have run through most of the 3rd party apps and they work fine. Except one...youtube. I have to have my youtube. So i'll be downgrading to 4.7.0.122. I cant say one way or other which is faster. The screens brightness is dimmer but then spontaneously achevies full brightness. It is much faster but at the same time the little clock icon seems to show up more, if that makes any sense. The responsiveness is night and day- its just so much faster. That's all I have after my first half hour of play. Oh and the browser seems a bit faster as well Just downloaded latest Os.
