samsung u350 Samsung Smooth Brings Flippy Simplicity and GPS to VerizonThe Samsung U350 passed the FCC back in January, but just took its sweet time getting to Verizon (NYSE: VZ), where it was christened with the model name “Smooth”. Not much stranger than the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) “Curve”, I guess. It’s a bit of a yawner at first glance, but not bad at all for an entry level phone.

  • VGA Camera with Night Shot
  • Speakerphone
  • Bluetooth Enabled for Wireless Headset Support
  • VZ Navigator with turn–by–turn directions
  • Chaperone Parent/Child
  • Games, Ringtones, and Wallpaper
  • Mobile Email
  • Mobile Web

Available for a scant $30 on contract at Verizon, and don’t forget, VZ Navigator will run you an extra $9.99/month.
