Nokia E71i rendering

File this under “rumors” as it doesn’t come from any official source. Rather it’s eldarmurtazin’s journal where the information was initially leaked. The rumor is that Nokia is working on the improved version of its highly popular E71 smartphone. Apparently, the successor to the device will be called E71i and will come with a better 5 megapixel camera (E71′s camera is 3.2 megapixel) and Feature pack 2 (Symbian S60 3.2), just like the American version – E71x.

The way I see it, Nokia would be foolish not to bank on the success of the E71, and considering that they’re already selling the device with Feature pack 2 through AT&T, why not bring the same love elsewhere. Add 5 megapixel camera sensor in the mix, too, and yet again the Finnish giant will have a winner. We’ll be certainly watching where this goes…

(note that the image above is a rendering, not the way the E71i looks like in real life – we don’t have that image)

I´ve just got a chinesse Nokia E71i which is a double SIM cell, has a Tv, GPRS, and many others features like a 8MP camera. It comes with hit box using the oficial brand NOKIA. The English user manual is unreadable, the worst english I have ever seen. My question, who can tell me if this is an illegal clone. Where can I get an uderstable user manual. Its price 240 USD here in Nicaragua
