Best Buy inventory update bolsters Palm Pre’s June 7 launch rumors

What’s this? More speculation about the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Pre’s launch date? Of course it is, it’s not like we have any official information from Palm to report on.
The Palm Pre’s speculated June 7 launch date has gotten a bit of a credibility-boost today. EngadgetMobile is reporting that Best Buy’s inventory system has been updated with a new “in-stock” date for the Palm Pre’s TouchStone dock/charger. We had previously seen the TouchStone listed as in-stock on May 10, but Best Buy’s inventory system is now showing the TouchStone as available on June 7. 
So, what we know is that the Palm Pre will likely be announced by Palm and Sprint (NYSE: S) next week. And, with today’s findings, we have two distinct references to June 7 as a possible Palm Pre launch window.
