Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 to get a new firmware soon

Always highly informed when it comes to all things Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE), SEMC blog, shared a news with the world, informing everyone that the company’s flagship Windows Mobile smartphone, Xperia X1, will be getting a firmware upgrade in the near future. As a matter of fact, they say we should expect an update to be available as of June 2009, and that among other things it will include support for BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) connection.
Unfortunately, that’s all we know at this stage, but as soon as we hear something new, we’ll let you know. Stay tuned in the meantime…
