		<description>I hope the author realizes the contribution of CO2 to greenhouse gas effect is in fact very small.  In fact, the majority of greenhouse gas effect is from water vapor and clouds.  Per wikipedia:

Water vapor accounts for the largest percentage of the greenhouse effect, between 36% and 66% for water vapor alone, and between 66% and 85% when factoring in clouds.</description>
