I dealt with the issue until yesterday and couldn't take it anymore. They gave me a new one and it did it again. I am sure this one will to. Here is the problem: I use the front keyboard the most. I don't like the drop down menu of words as it slows typing down. So I turn it off. The phone is fine. I can scroll through the words (ie. good, home, gone, etc) than BAM. It doesn't work anymore. I try to scroll and can only get the numbers. I have been told with the rumour that you have to use the drop down menu, I guess that would be fine IF I knew it didn't sometimes work the other way! After a week and a half, it also deleted My Words. Huge inconvience after spending $300 on a phone. I apparently have to wait for the manager on Monday to discuss getting a new different phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. It is not dependable. I am on my 3rd LG Rumour 2 since I bought it two weeks ago.
