In preparation for the June 6th. launch, Best Buy is now listing the Palm Pre in their online store for a heart-stopping $849.99. Don’t freak out, that’s probably what it’ll cost off contract and without carrier subsidies; the official pricetag will be $199 after signing up to Sprint and getting your mail-in rebate, or $549 off contract. Still, if you’re frothing at the mouth for the Pre, Best Buy lists all the official features and specifications for your perusal, just remember that you won’t find visual voicemail there.
