If the Pre is truly an iPhone killer, it should be able to sell at least half of the iPhone's 1 million phone first run. And I'm hearing reports of 375,000 max for the Pre. The price is ok but Apple might just have the next step in hardware around the corner. As far as software is concerned my bet would be on Android (and maybe webOS) for the next 2-3 years.
