I managed to get it off of a forum, its titled, EnergyROM 3.0 RAPHAEL 20090605 Titanium
and is in a rar file. It works nicely. Its much faster than the original. This rom has been modified obviously, but I love it. There is a different interface as well. HSUPA and HSPA which are much faster than 3G are enabled so you should be able to use it. The rom includes Windows Mobile 6.5 an FM Tuner which works decently, the ability to change the bands of wireless you are connected to, and a bunch more features. I am really enjoying it myself. Also the issue when you get a text message and want to reply and open your phone to go and type and it goes to the other version of touchflo when the screen is open, is no longer a problem. Also the phone performs much faster when going through menus, and texting. It also includes a new version of Internet Explorer and Opera. And one more thing, it also includes the Internet Sharing app, which is on the fuze already in the windows folder, but is crippled by a registry edit, which can be removed. Using the HSPA when you are in a 3G area when using your phone as internet on your pc or notebook, I got up to 1MB/Second download speeds when downloading a game.
NOTE: This does NOT Unlock your phone for other providers. And you can also find more information at XDA Developers Forum.
Thanks...

HTC put it back out 6/5/2009. I got it in the AM and put on with no issues or problems really. Just work restoring all my applications back, contacts, and getting it like it was before.
