Nokia N97 support pages now live

Hear that? It means the launch is near. Now you can visit a dedicated page on Nokia’s website and learn all about their highly anticipated N97 smartphone before it hits the store shelves and carrier offerings. It’s good to be prepared for any sitation, new phone purchases included. On the other hand, I don’t know that many people — read “none” — who does this. Then again, if you’re preparing to grab this baby sans any strings attached (i.e. unlocked), you better know what you’re getting into, as you can spend almost $700 (in print – seven hundred bucks) for “owning rights.” Once again, we conclude that Nokia (NYSE: NOK) needs a carrier partner which will subsidize the pricing to push the N97 sales. We’re certainly watching for any news coming from Espoo…
