OS 4.6.1.250 Available for the BlackBerry Curve 8900

June seems to have gotten off to a fast start with a whole whack of BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) OS updates. First the Storm OS update above, now I’m reading that the BlackBerry 8900 has received an OS update as well (very unofficial). You can get the update here. Still early days on this one so I’m not quite sure what is new and improved, but if you’re rockin’ an 8900 and want the latest build, you might want to consider picking it up.
As always, be sure to backup your device and take all necessary precautions before proceeding. I would appreciate comments to let us know of any marked changes and improvements in this new OS for the BlackBerry 8900!
