		<description>Ok Vince I&#039;ve checked into this. WireFly was the store by Inphonic. Inphonic did go under and came back as Simplexity. Simplexity doesn&#039;t do rebates anymore... so they&#039;re free of the issues they had in the past from what I can tell. So free is free (no rebate/you don&#039;t pay anything up front) in the case of this deal. Should be all good!</description>
