Facebook 1.6 for BlackBerry Available Tonight

We had heard rumblings of Facebook 1.6 for BlackBerry not long ago, and tonight it will be available. The biggest changes will be profile and wall viewing right from the app (no more fuddling around the mobile site), commenting on your friend feed right from the home screen, and a new slideshow format photo-viewing option. Language support for Thai, Indonesian and European Portugese are also a go, if you happen to be in those neighbourhoods. Hit up blackberry.com/facebook for your update around 6 PM EST.
