Also, downloading ringtones from the internet is close to impossible. You can play them, but then I can't find a way to save them. What gives?? And the joystick when using the web is easy to use, and a benefit. For this price on a phone, it's actually pretty nice. I think it's getting overlooked. And yea, what's up with the headphone jack? A little rubber stopper that you can lose really easy?!
