OS 5.0.0.100 Available for the BlackBerry Bold and Curve 8900

If you’re sportin’ a BlackBerry Bold or Curve 8900, you can now go ahead and install OS 5.0 on your device… OS 5.0.0.100 that is! Keep in mind, that this is a very unofficial release, so you should take all necessary precautions before beginning the install. Backup your device for sure!
Happy and safe OS updating to all of the Bold and 8900 users out there. If you’re on the fence or are not confident you can pull off the OS update, simply wait for an official release. Chances are your apps will work better with an official release anyway
