Cricket has a new phone in its offering. It’s the Samsung r460 aka MyShot II, a low-end clamshell-shaped device. Specs wise, there’s a 1.3 megapixel camera on board, music player, Bluetooth, tri-band CDMA radio including Cricket’s AWS 1700MHz, as well as a microSD expansion slot which accepts cards of up to 8GB. The simple device seems designed for the first-time phone buyers, who are not that interested in the high-end features of today’s smartphones.
The Samsung MyShot II costs $140, sans any contracts signed, and you could grab it at any Cricket dealership or online, through their website.
