At least 13 more Android devices will start shipping between now and Christmas

The Asian players are going to absolutely dominate the Android space. HTC is going to launch the Hero soon, and then 3 more models by the end of this year. Samsung needs to ship their i7500 already, and they’re also planning on releasing two more devices by the end of the year. LG is going to ship three Android handsets in the second half. Both Lenovo (OTCPK: LNVGY) and Huawei are due to give birth to some Android devices in Q3. Last we have Acer, their A1 is due in November.
If all this is going to happen before 2010, I can’t help but dream at the types of devices that will be announced at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February next year!

The Haier H7 is expected to be launched in Europe in September.

Motorola & Sony Ericsson should also be shipping devices this year and there is a photo of a possible Dell Android smartphone making its rounds on the net.
Although not smartphones, per se, the GiiNii Movit Mini and the Archos PMP should be on the market in 2009, as well.
It’s insane how many devices are going to ship with Android on them!
