SNesoid brings SNES games to Android

SNesoid is the Android app that will bring back the memories for many of us. Playing old game systems’ games on a mobile phone is nothing new, but it’s the first time we see the SNES emulator released for the Android platform. It’s readily available in the Android Market, and from what we’ve heard it rocks — no I haven’t been able to test it out myself as I don’t have an Android handset at the moment.

Of course, you’ll also need game ROMs, which can be a tricky part. It’s our duty to add that you can only play those games which you own in the cartridge form. At the same time, I would like to use the opportunity to call the game developers and publishers to finally make these old games a public domain. After all, it’s been a while since they’ve earned a dime selling these. Any thoughts?
