FYI, Right now you can only get the phone ONLINE and if you sign up for a new number or switch from a new plan. They aren't transfering over old account numbers. I was on the phone for 2 hours with Verizon this morning trying to figure out why I couldn't get the phone with my new every two plan and switch over my number and they don't know why. If it's just a website glitch it should be fixed by the end of the day. Otherwise be prepared to switch your phone number.
