This powering doesn't happen without release of heat and exhaust. There are very limited ways to derive power without following the heat release process like using motion to generate electricity or using the sunlight. How in the world would Tryi Yeh be able to accomplish the feat of generating power from alcohol without releasing heat would be something immensely astonishing. With feats such as wireless charging becoming possible, I would rather wait and watch than declare something 'impossible'.
