First Shots of the Verizon Pantech Escapade

A few images have leaked this morning of the new CDMA/GSM world-phone from Verizon (NYSE: VZ) known as the Pantech Escapade WP8990VW… Ah, that’s the kind of name that just rolls off the tongue, isn’t it? The Pantech Escapade on Verizon will feature a maroon exterior with a black interior. There’s microSD action, a 2MP camera, 2.5mm headset jack and SIM slot. Oh, and of course, the device is a flip-phone, as you can clearly see.
Remainder of the details on this one are a little sketchy at best, so we’ll have to hurry up and wait. No pricing or launch details are known yet, so stay tuned for more. In the meantime, you can check out a few more images below.
