samsung-i7500-italyFrance and Germany are both a go for the first non-HTC Android handset out there, and now we’ve got some pics of the Italian version following a Samsung event promoting the i7500 Galaxy. The Italian version will run 399 Euros outright through local service provider Wind. With a 320×480 AMOLED touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS, and HSDPA connectivity, the Galaxy will be ruling the Android roost until the Hero comes along. It’s a shame we’re only seeing these sweet Android devices in Europe right now, though – I think folks here in North America would be more than happy to see either the Galaxy or the Hero find their way over.

Thanks Stefano!
