Activision is bringing its popular Call of Duty franchise to the iPhone. The first title is Call of Duty: World at War and is designed as a companion for the blockbuster game.
Developed by Treyarch, the iPhone app is not game, but a tool to help registered players by providing them with access to latest news, blogs and tweets; stat and performance tracking. In addition, the application allows linking with friends, making sure you can check on your buddies and follow their progress in the game.
The Call of Duty: World at War iPhone application also will be supported via a robust website providing a wide range of statistics and information for all registered members…
