Hi! can someone help me? I just bought this phone from Telus today, and I didn’t notice it in the store, but i took it home and unpacked it ans start using it, then I noticed that in the internal keyboard, 5&8 lights up way brighter than the other keys. Is there’s a reason for it? or just a factory defect?
telus has such a shitty customer service, I hope they don’t give me crap if I have to exchange it… like, I just bought it today…

this phone feels pretty easy to text (mind u, I just bought it today) but the keyboard back light is really annoying me (it’s only bright on 5 & 8) so need to know if that’s a defect or not ><
