Documents to Go for Android Updated for PDF and PowerPoint Files

For those who are using Android more for work than pleasure, you might want to check out the latest version of Documents to Go from DataViz. The latest update includes PDF and PowerPoint viewing, along with improvements to the existing Word and Excel document viewing and editing. For those that live and breathe Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Office every day, the Documents to Go mobile suite is a natural progression – especially if you have a Magic or Dream that has been blessed with Exchange support. If your needs a little bit lighter, they’re also releasing a pared-down free version that allows Word and Excel file viewing. I would like to save your readers some time and frustration in trying to purchase this software. If you live in Canada (or presumably most other countries that are not the US) you will NOT (as of this writing) be able to purchase this software. After having downloaded the free, viewing version from the Android ‘Market’ and wasted my time dutifully following all instructions both from within the software and their website, all I was able to accomplish was to enter a loop. Clicking links simply redirects you to the market where (if you have the teaser software installed) you are only prompted to either uninstall or launch it. Would’ve been nice to know beforehand!
