Will, Stefan and I run down the week’s mobile news, with Palm (NSDQ: PALM)’s policies on location and Pre app tracking taking up a big part of the episode, but we also go over Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK)’s burgeoning love affair and what it means for Windows Mobile (if anything). New information on the upcoming Zer01 service has Will completely reneging his (and many others’) previous enthusiasm for the prospect of unlimited VoIP calls and data for $70/month.

Contest Terms and Conditions
- Contest participant must be a resident of the UK in order to qualify for the prize.
- By entering the contest, the contestant acknowledges that they are at least 18 years of age. If contestant is under 18, their entries will be disqualified from the contest.
- If the prize is locked to a particular carrier service, contestant must be aware of the device’s limitation.
- IntoMobile does not offer cash alternatives to prizes. What we promote as the prize is exactly what the winner will receive.
- When a winner is chosen, the winner has 7 days from the first email sent to them, to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond, IntoMobile has the right to disqualify the winner and proceed to pick a new one.
- The winning contestant must have a valid address to ship the prize to. P.O. Boxes will not be an acceptable address.
- The prize may be opened by IntoMobile in order to ensure the prize will be shipped complete. The product itself will remain untouched.
- Winner will not hold IntoMobile or its partners liable if product is damaged or defective in any way.
- Contestants will not attempt to cheat or enter fraudulent entries into the contest. If IntoMobile finds a contestant attempting to cheat or fraud a contest, their entries will be disqualified and the contestant will be banned from future contests.
