This week in fake devices: 3 stupid products

This week we present you with three completely stupid clone phones. Here’s why I think so:

  • Hummer mobile phone – there are two Hummer phones but they have that Hummer look and feel. This one, however, looks like a regular candybar with a simple Hummer sign, and that’s it. I doubt any Hummer owner would grab it.
  • Blackberry Windows Mobile phone – you wish… or not. Why anyone would put the BlackBerry logo here is beyond me. It’s super-obvious it’s fake.
  • Wodafone Google mobile phone – Yap, that’s “W” and not “V” on this HTC Magic clone. If there were not for that “minor detail,” a regular person (i.e. not a phone freak like me) would be easily tricked into buying.

Again, under no circumstances buy any of the phones above. You’ll regret if you do…

The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
