Verizon Wireless - Tweet-Tweet

Verizon Wireless has added a new application for Twitter fans on its network. The so called Tweet-Tweet will work on nearly 60 Get It Now-enabled phones, and will allow you to keep up with your Twitter activities while on the go. For instance, you can post a tweet, RT, DM, and follow all within the app. Don’t know whom to follow – there are Mavens, a feature that lets you quickly sign to follow popular Tweeters.

How to get it and how much Tweet-Tweet costs? You can either send “Tweet” to APPS (2-7-7-7) for download, or find it in the “Download This” as well as “Community and Sharing” sections of GIN/Media Center. The price is $1.49 a month or $3.99 unlimited (not sure what that means). Full press release presented as an array of tweets is available on PRnewswire.
