Aircel and RIM Strike a Partnership to Offer BlackBerry Services in India

Aircel, one of the fastest growing carriers in India has struck a deal to partner with RIM. The partnership of course enables Aircel to offer the beloved BlackBerry and BlackBerry services in India. To start, Aircel will offer enterprise and individual customers 4 different Berry devices, including the Bold 9000, Curve 8900, Curve 8310 and Pearl 8110. Not a bad starting lineup! A number of data plans have been set as well, including an unlimited offering. BlackBerry users in Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangaluru, Coimbatore and Kokata should keep an eye open for Aircel. They’re a comin’!
