LG’s GD510 Pop Brings Touch and Solar Charging to the Party

LG has just gone official with a new handset, the GD510 Pop, that they’re saying will provide a classy touchscreen experience at a reasonable price, and boasting it as the most compact 3″ touchscreen phone out there.The Pop is keeping things simple with a single dial/hangup key on the front, and a slim form factor, but the optional solar charging cover is a nice touch. We don’t have much info when it comes to specs, but here’s what we do know.
- 8GB internal storage
- 3 megapixel camera
- 3″ QVGA touchscreen
The Pop will be coming to Europe mid-October and heading to other markets shortly thereafter.
