Comics iPhone app reaches version 1.2; Push notifications and Twitter support included in the mix

As a great fan of comics, I keep reporting on the Comics iPhone app. It has been updated again with some cool features. Here’s what’s new:

• Push notifications for favorite comics – a feature that will certainly be appreciated amongst the hard-core fans.
• Twitter support – you can set Comics to auto-tweet about your in-app activities. This is for Twitter junkies, only, as far as I’m concerned.
• Ability to see which comics you’ve already bought – there’s the “My Comics” tab for this.
• Quick buy – think of this option as Amazon’s 1-click shopping.

And that’s about it. The application costs $0.99 and there’s also the free version packing only the free titles.
