Nokia Messaging

And Nokia has another partner for its Nokia Messaging scheme. It’s the Spanish group Telefónica, which will offer the Finnish giant’s email service to its customers across Latin America.

I’m guessing some special plans will be introduced along with the new service, although there are no details about it in the press release. It [press release], however, repeats what’s Nokia Messaging all about, for those who haven’t followed Nokia’s activities closely (or IntoMobile for that matter):

Nokia Messaging simplifies the mobilization of email. This solution allows easy access and management of up to 10 personal email accounts, simplifying the process and eliminating intermediate steps. Push technology ensures prompt delivery of mail directly to mobile devices. Nokia Messaging is compatible with thousands of internet and email service providers (ISPs) such as Terra, telefonica.net, Gmail, Yahoo!Mail, and Windows Live Hotmail.

Finally, at the end, Nokia reminds us that Nokia Messaging works best with their QWERTY keyboard-equipped smartphones, which is only natural, right?
